Well, we got a big snow storm. Haven’t been stuck in a storm since 1999-2000 winter. I have to say that it was fun then, but it was even more fun now. It is good to be stuck.

Just found out that my pimp name would be Macktastic Love. I always knew I should have been a pimp.

Bears lose to the Colts.

It was great to see Peyton Manning get a win though. He is a great guy and makes funny commercials.

Well, tonight was the last night of smoking at the Champaign bars. I am a big supporter of personal liberty, but I feel like the smoking thing invades on other peoples enjoyment of shows. I can’t wait to see what it is like to come home from the bars and not smell like smoke. Don’t know what it will do with the crowds. It has seemed like the percentage of smokers has been going down over the last years. Maybe no one will be too inconvenienced.

Last two nights at the Cover Up. The highlight was seeing Elsinore cover Queen. Ryan Groff pulls it off again. That man has an amazing voice.

Damn straight. Bears are in the Superbowl. Easily blew out the Saints, and then the Colt win in a thrilling game versus the Patriots. Very excites by the whole thing. Can’t wait until Feb 4th. It is going to be fun.

Bears beat the Seahawks by 3 in overtime. They didn’t really play as well as I think that they will need to. Next week they have to play New Orleans. It will be a tough game. I’d like to see them in another Super Bowl. It has been 21 years since the last one. I still remember it.

Helped out on a shoot at the Children’s Museum today. They had a new exhibit unveiling today. Tons of kids there. I have been thinking about a family and kids, but I don’t think that I would want as many as they had around today. It was hard to move with all the kids climbing around.

I am working on a children’s book right now. I think that it is so important to get an early start on education. Once you learn to read, then everything else opens up to you. I once told my great aunt that I was stupid because I couldn’t read. I think I was 3 or so. I forgot how important reading was to my young life. It made a big impact on me.

Mother called tonight to say that my dad and her made it to Hawaii. They will be there for the next couple of months. I am glad that they are getting the chance to enjoy retirement.

Just did my first interview for Searching for Something. It was with my friend Virginia. I’ll put it together and post it by the weekend.
